My panel is a copy of the painting done by our granddaughter Connie, who was 6 at the time. Hearing about the rainbows that people were putting in their windows during the first wave of the pandemic she took herself off and painted this picture, and one for our neighbours across the road. The pictures have been in the windows ever since. Connie sees the world in her own unique way, straight lines and the sun always shining. She knows that you only get rainbows if there is rain but didn’t know how to portray that, hence the blue around the sun. I hope you like it as much as we do. I have used knitting and felting because I work with wool a lot, I also used material recycled from other things as much as I could.
