As the world began to shut down due to the pandemic– I spent a lot of time in the gardens– As I toiled and planted, pruned and shaped, my mind’s eye turned inward and I began to cultivate a different garden in my heart & reaching out to family, friends, and neighbours as much as possible as we isolated. My flowers grew, my heart bloomed, Love blossomed. This panel was 100% hand stitched, the blue indigo cloth hand dyed by me.
